​Welcome to Kidds Adventures! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

​1. Product Information and Handcrafted Nature

​a. Product Descriptions:

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

​b. Handcrafted Products:

You acknowledge that all of our books, flashcards, and busy binders are designed and assembled by hand. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in color, cutting, placement, and finish may occur between items. These minor variations are not considered defects.

​2. Orders, Payment, and Acceptance

​a. Order Confirmation:

After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is a confirmation that we have received it.

​b. Order Acceptance:

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we dispatch the products to you.

​c. Payment:

We accept payment via the methods specified on our website. You warrant that you are the authorized user of the credit card or payment method used for the purchase.

​3. Shipping and Processing Time

​a. Processing:

As detailed in our Shipping Policy, all products require 4 to 5 working days for handcrafted assembly and processing before shipment.

​b. Risk of Loss:

 The risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for any parcels lost or stolen after they are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

​4. Exchange Policy (No Refunds)

​a. No Refunds:

All sales are final, and we do not offer monetary refunds.

​b. Exchange Only:

We only offer product exchange if the item received is damaged or defective upon arrival.

​c. Exchange Procedure:

All exchange requests must follow the procedure outlined in our Exchange Policy, including contacting us with proof (photos/video) within 7 days of delivery.

​5. Intellectual Property

​a. Copyright:

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, product design, images, and digital downloads, is the property of Kidds Adventures or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

​b. Use Limitation:

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any part of this site or our products for commercial purposes without our express written permission. Our handcrafted flashcards and materials are for personal and educational use only.

​6. Limitation of Liability

Kidds Adventures shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the materials on this site or the performance of the products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

​7. Governing Law

​These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. 

​8. Changes to Terms of Service

​We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
