Exchange Policy (No Refunds)
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We carefully inspect every item before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards.
Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds for any purchase. All sales are final.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to facilitate an exchange under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Exchange
You are eligible for an exchange only if you receive a product that is:
Damaged:
The product (e.g., book, flashcard set, etc.) sustained physical damage during shipping.
Defective:
The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., missing pages, blurred print, missing cards).
2. Exchange Request Procedure
To request an exchange for a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Provide Proof:
Include clear photos or video of the damaged or defective item. This is required to process the exchange.
Return Instructions:
Once we verify the damage or defect, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us.
3. Processing the Exchange
Upon receiving the damaged or defective product, we will inspect it.
We will ship a replacement item of the exact same product as quickly as possible.
Shipping Costs:
We will cover the standard shipping cost for sending the replacement item back to you.
4. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
We cannot process an exchange if:
● The product was damaged due to misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
● The exchange request is initiated more than 7 days after the delivery date.
● You simply changed your mind about the purchase or ordered the wrong item.
