​Please note that our products—including all flashcards, books, and busy binders—are fully handcrafted, designed, and assembled by our in-house team. This careful process includes detailed printing, precise cutting, and full lamination to ensure the highest level of quality and durability for your child's learning.

​Because of this commitment to quality and detailed, hands-on assembly, we require a small amount of production time before your order ships.

​Shipping Timeline

​Processing Time (Handling):

We require 4 to 5 working days to process, assemble, and package your order before it is dispatched for shipping.

​Shipping Transit Time:

Once your order has been processed and picked up by the courier, standard shipping typically takes an additional 2 to 3 business days depending on your location.

​Total Delivery Time:

 You can generally expect your order to arrive within 6 to 8 working days from the date your order was placed.

​You will receive a separate email notification with tracking information once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
